Can I return/exchange a product I bought from Ishatvam?

Welcome to Ishatvam, we take great care to ensure that you’re shopping experience is smooth and seamless.

As per Ishatvam India Pvt. Ltd.‘s policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products unless the product does not match the item in the order confirmation or has been damaged during delivery, in which case we would re-fulfil your order or refund the amount.

To return or exchange a product, please write to info@ishatvam.com along with your order number, contact information and images of the product received or call us at 09873427993 within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Please note that any product bought online cannot be exchanged at any of

our stores.

Returns/Exchange/Refunds

Payment can be made using Master/Visa credit cards and all major debit cards, we also offer net banking services.

Is it safe to shop online using my debit/credit card?

We strive to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience for our customers. To make sure that our customers' shopping experience is private, safe and secure, all Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are processed using a secure encrypted connection to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. We do not keep your details on file; this is why we ask you for your card details each time you make a purchase.

What happens to my money deducted from my debit card/credit card/Net Banking for an unsuccessful order?

In case of such an event the entire amount will be refunded to you within seven business days, please contact your bank for more information.

Why was my order cancelled by Ishatvam.com?

Though we love when you make Ishatvam a part of your home, sometimes due to our products being sold out we may cancel your order.

What are the shipping charges and/or are there any additional charges?

Shipping charges vary according to the total weight of your order. The shipping charges will be added to your cart automatically.

What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?

Your order will reach you in 7-10 days of placing the order, depending on your location.
